How it works

Under the sink sits a small vacuum-insulated tank that keeps the water at 108 °C; it comes out of the tap at 100 °C when you ask for it. The PRO3 tank gives boiling water only (3 litres). The COMBI and COMBI+ also give hot water.

Fusion or Flex

Fusion is the all-in-one tap with a fixed spout, in a round or square version. Flex adds a pull-out hose; boiling water never comes out of the hose. To turn on boiling water you press twice and turn, and the body of the tap does not get hot.

Quooker and Mallorca's water

Quooker recommends water of 5.6 to 10.2 °dH, and in Palma it is above that. For hard water it offers the Scale Control R filter, which tells you when the cartridge needs changing. Hardness varies a lot from one area to another. We check the hardness before installing and, if needed, supply the filter.

What it uses

Each tank uses 10 W on standby, about 88 kWh a year. Each one needs its own 16 A Schuko socket under the sink, which must be installed before the Quooker is fitted.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Quooker

Can't find your question? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you.

Is it safe with children?

To turn on boiling water you have to press the ring twice and turn it. The tap body is insulated and the water comes out as a spray, not a jet.

How much electricity does it use?

10 W on standby, about 88 kWh a year, plus what it uses to heat the water you draw.

What about limescale?

Quooker recommends descaling when limescale builds up and, with hard water, installing the Scale Control R. With the COMBI and water of 30 °dH, its cartridge lasts about 5 months; with 10 °dH, about 14. The warranty excludes lack of maintenance.

How much space does it need under the sink?

The PRO3 needs 50 cm of height and 15 cm in diameter; the COMBI, 53 and 20 cm, plus about 8 cm for the hose. Each unit needs a 16 A Schuko socket. The Flex needs free space for the hose counterweight.

PRO3, COMBI or COMBI+?

PRO3 gives boiling water only. COMBI gives boiling and hot water from a single cold-water connection. COMBI+ connects to both cold and hot, so the hot water never runs out.

Is the CUBE worth it?

It adds cold filtered water, still or sparkling. Its filter is changed every year and the fizz comes from replaceable CO₂ cylinders.

What warranty does it have?

3 years from installation in Spain, covering manufacturing and material defects.
