Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the product.

How to withdraw

Tell us your decision before the period ends with a clear statement: by email to comercial@mielecentre.com, by phone on +34 619 98 78 57, or by post to ESPACIO HOME MALLORCA SL, Carrer d'Eusebi Estada 11, 07004 Palma (Balearic Islands), Spain. You can use the form at the end of this page, but you don't have to.

Returning the product

You must return the complete product, with its accessories and documentation, within 14 calendar days of telling us you are withdrawing.

You pay the direct costs of uninstalling and returning the product.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the product caused by handling it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including any delivery charges, within 14 calendar days of being told of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree another one with you at no cost to you. We may hold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you have returned it, whichever comes first.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you want to cancel a confirmed order before we dispatch it, email or call us and we will refund the amount paid.

Damaged or faulty products

Check the appliance on delivery. If it arrives damaged or has any fault, let us know as soon as possible. All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery: you are entitled to free repair or replacement through the brand's official service and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract.
