How does the purchase process work?

Choose the appliance and click "Place Order." Provide your name, phone number, and email: you don't pay anything on the website, nor do you need to register. An advisor will call you to confirm the model fits your kitchen, check availability and delivery time, and arrange installation.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer. You do not pay anything when placing the order on the website: when we confirm the order by phone, we will indicate how to complete the payment.

Do you deliver to Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza?

Yes. We deliver and install throughout Mallorca, as well as in Menorca and Ibiza. Delivery is free on all three islands.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the make and model. You will see the estimated timeframe on each product page, and in-stock products have their own delivery label.

Do you take away the old appliance?

Yes, at no extra cost. When we deliver a new appliance, we take away the equivalent one it is replacing and send it off to be recycled.

If something goes wrong, who repairs it?

All devices have a 3-year legal warranty, and repairs, both under and out of warranty, are carried out by the official technical service of each brand. If you have any questions about how to request it, write to us and we will help you.
