Do you deliver to Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza?

Yes. We deliver and install throughout Mallorca, as well as in Menorca and Ibiza. Delivery is free on all three islands.

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Delivery is free in Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza.

Do you take away the old appliance?

Yes, and at no cost. When we deliver a new appliance to you, we take away the one it is replacing and send it to be recycled.

If something goes wrong, who fixes it?

Repairs, both in and out of warranty, are performed by each brand's official technical service. If you have questions about how to request one, write to us and we will help you.
